Terms of Service

Welcome to KitchenPilot by PilotSuite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KitchenPilot website and mobile application (“Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

• You may use KitchenPilot for lawful, personal purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt any part of our services or infrastructure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service without notice if misuse or abuse is detected.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts in cases of violation or abuse.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in KitchenPilot, including recipes, shopping lists, meal plans, and community posts. By posting content to the Community feed, you grant other KitchenPilot users the ability to view and interact with that content.

4. AI-Generated Content

• KitchenPilot uses artificial intelligence (via OpenAI) to generate meal suggestions and recipes.
• AI-generated recipes are provided as suggestions only. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergens, and dietary needs.
• PilotSuite is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the preparation or consumption of AI-generated recipes.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Verify ingredient quantities and cooking instructions before use.

5. Community Guidelines

• Be respectful and constructive in community posts and comments.
• Do not post offensive, misleading, or harmful content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All KitchenPilot branding, logos, design elements, and code are owned by PilotSuite or its licensors. You may not use any of these materials without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of KitchenPilot. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of KitchenPilot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
